Menstrual Pads, Condoms & Sex Education to Women in Takoradi Slum
Project Description
This project will promote sexual health awareness and education among women residing in the slum of New Takoradi. It will empower women by providing sex education, and distributing menstrual pads, and condoms.
New Takoradi is a densely populated area where access to sexual health education and resources is limited, particularly for women. Through this project, we will provide sex education and we will distribute menstrual pads and contraceptive materials to women.
Benefits to Community:
Increased knowledge and awareness about sexual health among women in the community. Improved access to menstrual hygiene products and contraceptive methods. Enhanced empowerment and decision-making capabilities among women regarding their sexual and reproductive health. Long-term benefits in reducing unintended pregnancies, STIs, and promoting overall well-being within the community.
